Welcome to my site!

I am a Ofsted registered childminder and I have been running my home based setting for almost 10 years. I have always worked in a childcare field. I have gained my business experience in our family business where I represented the company as a manager when I was 17-18 years old . I helped out in my local nursery and I looked after some children in my neighbourhood .
I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle doin dance, tennis , volleyball, and run on a competition level. Creative arts have been part of my growing up including acting and singing on a basic hobby level.
My passion towards children has driven me to establish a nursery style setting and combine all my experiences , my skills and more into one big bubble to promote all the areas of children's development.
I continuosly innovate my setting and I gain more knowledge, skills through my work and my extended studies.

I have the following qualifications :
.Diploma in childcare
.Diploma in child psychology
.Level 3 in childcare required by OFSTED
.Pedeatric First Aid
.Public liability insurance
.CRB certificate by OFSTED

.Certificates for continuous childcare related courses eg Safeguarding, Equal opportunities, Health and safety, Food hygiene, Phonics etc

My staff are DBS checked and approved by OFSTED for their work suitability on my premises. We all attend childcare related courses and are First Aid trained.
We work together with my assistants as a team and we provide children the best care possible.
The most important keys of our team work is to:

. safeguard
. manage children's behaviour and support them through every step
. keep the children's smile on their face
. provide comfort when children occasionally need it
. introduce children to a healthy lifestyle
. treat everyone equally
. allow children to speak and to be heard
. act as role models in all aspects
. widen children's abilities
. teach children that 'every mistake is a possibility to create something'
. work together with parents in partnership , follow children's developments with the help of an online learning journey which are shared with the parents.

.hear listen what the children are saying to make them feel heard
.follow children's primary interests
.look , hear , note

All the children have a key person and each key person will work with their children closely.
The key staff will do the essential observations and add development steps into the learning journeys.
We monitor children's behaviour , development, primary interests and update parents with regular pictures in the nursery messaging group followed by parents evening every three months.

My setting has large glass doors on the both sides of the spacious play area , offering children great views and opportunities to talk to each other or to adults about things they can spot.
The back glass doors lead to the garden where children have opportunities for physical and creative activities : large all age appropriate climbing frame , sand pit, water table , mud kitchen , trampoline and lot more stations and activities outdoors in spring/summer period.
