Children daily indulge in freshly home made meals, freshly prepared fruit and vegetable snacks.
Healthy and tasty diet is the key for every child's well being.
The menus are set into two menus , Menu week 1 and Menu week 2 and they rotate on weekly bases. Parents get an email notification of the menu week in an email at the beginning of every week ahead.
Staff in charge of the meal and snack preparations have a hygiene certificate and handle all kitchen preparations in the best manner.

Children get involved in smoothie making , fruit/vegetable washing and preparing , pizza making and more.
Children are little explores in every way and we offer them a chance to get to know the are where the meals get prepared, where they are kept and how to keep the food safe.
Children help around with an adult supervision only and the use of the oven is only explained for learning safety but children are not present at any cooing or baking sessions.

Children with any dietary requirements or food allergies are welcome and we are happy to accommodate any needs of the particular child. These needs will be discussed with the parents and recorded in the child's file prior to the childcare start.

In the setting we take food allergies and food intolerance seriously and we follow the new government guidelines since 2014 under the title '14 allergens'.
Meals in the menu are marked in the '14 allergens' menu chart in the entrance hall for all the parents to check. We regularly update diatery changes of the children.
